Please arrive one hour prior to the ceremony start time with your cap and gown on, but unzipped. Graduates should report to the Southeast (SE) lower level entrance tunnel of the UCUC.

Grad card

Please go down the outside stairs and through the inside tunnel leading into the UCUC. You will need to bring your grad card with you. The card will be used to announce your name when you cross the stage. Please hold on to it! Majors will not be announced. You will then proceed to inside the UCUC where there will be an opportunity for photos and interaction with faculty before the ceremony begins. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The UCUC has ample limited mobility seating for guests, including for those in wheelchairs, and no advance request is required. Ushers will be available to direct guests to the aforementioned seating upon entrance. If you, as the graduate, have limited mobility concerns for yourself, please contact your commencement coordinator.
