Update 10 a.m. Oct. 10: Banner should be back online Wednesday morning (Oct. 12), Information and Educational Technology reports. We are writing to update you on the Banner service. As we communicated on Friday (Oct. 7), the vendor, Oracle, replaced hardware and the technical team began the process to restart, test and scan the service.
