UCPath Due to Be Offline, May 22-27

Updated 5:30 p.m. May 15: Originally announced as lasting five days, 10 hours, this UCPath outage is now listed as ending almost a day earlier, at noon Wednesday, May 27. Accordingly, this article and headline have been revised.

UCPath is scheduled to be offline again to allow for bringing UC San Diego and UC San Francisco into the university’s new payroll and personnel system. According to a revised schedule, the outage will run from 10 p.m. Friday, May 22, to noon Wednesday, May 27.

This outage follows one that began April 29, for the same reason, and had also been scheduled, originally, to last more than five days. It ended much earlier, on Friday, May 1.

During the upcoming outage, employees cannot use any of UCPath’s online functions, such as viewing paychecks or leave accruals, updating personal information, changing benefits, downloading W-2s, etc., and neither employees nor supervisors will have access to the ePerformance system.

Also, job applications cannot be submitted or edited. The Careers webpage will reflect this information, and no job openings will close during the outage.
