Feb. 7, Saturday -- Environmental issues emerging from the development of California's Central Valley will be the topic of a daylong environmental law conference at the UC Davis law school. Four panels will explore the impact of development on air, land, water and habitat in what is one of the world's richest agricultural areas. The conference, sponsored by the UC Davis Environmental Law Society, will begin at 8:15 a.m. in King Hall.
