The Employee Giving Committee is hosting a supplies drive to support the UC Davis Pantry and the Graduate Student Pantry in Walker Hall, helping to replenish essential goods for students after the holiday break. The drive will run from Jan. 20-26, in recognition of MLK Day Week of Service. Collection and transportation of donations to the pantries will be coordinated in collaboration with Transportation Services.
Many of our students rely on campus pantries to meet basic needs. The Pantry currently supports approximately 5,300 students, recording between 16,000 and 20,00 UC Davis swipes each quarter.
The Employee Giving Committee invites you to join them in helping restock the pantries and support our students as they start the new year strong. Non-perishable food items, first aid kits, toiletries, and laundry supplies are all in high demand.
If you are interested in serving as a team captain for your area, please register online.
If you have any questions about the Employee Giving Supplies Drive or employee giving, please contact Korinne Labourdette at kplabourdette@ucdavis.edu or 530-754-2095.
