What’s better than your everyday 10 percent staff-faculty discount for Mondavi Center tickets? A flat price of $10 through a new partnership between the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts and the Staff and Faculty Health and Well-Being Program.

This deal (maximum two tickets per person) is being offered for a specified show each month. The January show is Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo — all men, in drag, who take a comic approach to their ballet. But make no mistake: These guys can dance! And they've been here before, always drawing big crowds.

The Trockadero troupe will perform at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, in Jackson Hall. The $10 “well-being” tickets will be available from Jan. 1 to 16 (use promo code TROCKS17 for online orders). An earlier version of this article stated incorrectly that the tickets were available prior to Jan. 1.

The “well-being” ticket deal started last month with the American Bach Soloists’ performance of Handel’s Messiah. Look for the announcement of each month’s “well-being” show and promo code in Dateline UC Davis and Staff Assembly’s Staff Voice, as well as the Wellness Ambassadors’ monthly newsletter.
