The campus community is invited to a memorial for Walter Robinson, Tuesday, Oct. 8, in The Pavilion at the ARC at the Activities and Recreation Center.
The retired associate vice chancellor of Enrollment Management died June 9. Because it was late in the academic year, as finals and commencement approached, his friends and colleagues decided to delay the memorial until the fall.
Light refreshments will be served at 1:30 p.m., and the program will begin at 2 and last approximately two hours. Please RSVP here.

Robbin Thorp
A celebration of life for Robbin Thorp, distinguished emeritus professor of entomology and a global authority on bees, has been scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at Putah Creek Lodge. Thorp died June 7 at his home in Davis. He was 85.
