Esteemed dancer to deliver UC Davis Chancellor’s Colloquium

Stephen Petronio, an award-winning dancer and performer, will present a talk, “Confessions of a Motion Addict,” at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, at Jackson Hall in the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts at the University of California, Davis. He will be speaking as part of the Chancellor’s Colloquium Distinguished Speaker Series, hosted by UC Davis Chancellor Linda P.B. Katehi.

Petronio is a recipient of a John Simon Guggenheim Fellowship, and has received awards from the Foundation for Contemporary Performance Arts and the New York Foundation for the Arts. He also received an American Choreographers Award and a New York Dance and Performance “Bessie” Award.
