Natalie Rizzo, a graduate student in the Aquaculture Cooperative Extension Lab, set out to explain her research in a short film. In the above video, she explains some of the big questions she is looking to answer, including: How can we design aquaculture farms to harvest animals that are low on the food chain? And how do warming oceans change the nutritional content of seaweed?
