Local Opportunities: di Rosa Bargain and Free Greenbelt Involvement

Tree-loving citizens—Get creative and honor our local trees as a participant in the Sacred Grove.

Laura Sandage, local musician/arts facilitator, and Julia Jones, Interfaith Forestry Minister, will lead a group of local people in crafting an interactive performance/art installation in a West Davis greenbelt. All ages, faiths, genders, and levels of (in)experience are welcome, organizers say.

The events will take place on three evenings: April 13, 14, and 15.  The rehearsal/creation process begins March 30 and involves two weekends leading up to the performance.

This undertaking is supported, in part, by the City of Davis Arts & Cultural Affairs Program. Participants and audience pay nothing to take part.
