Submitting Your Official Transcripts and Test Scores

2020 Official Final Transcript Guidelines

Students admitted for fall 2020 will not have their admission offer rescinded over a missed transcript/document deadline. However, UC Davis continues to request that official final transcripts be submitted by July 1, if possible. Official documents must be received by our campus on or before the first day of classes for students to retain their admission status.

You must submit all official transcripts/academic records (including applicable IGETC certification and international academic records) by July 1 and official examination scores by July 15. If you are completing courses over the summer, arrange for an additional official transcript showing your final summer grades to be sent by September 1.

If you have been admitted as a freshman, please have your high school registrar submit your official final transcript(s) including your date of graduation. You must also submit your official ACT plus Writing or SAT Reasoning test scores and official final transcripts from any colleges attended. Please submit official scores for any optional exams as well, such as SAT Subject, AP or IB.

Have your official final transcripts submitted through any of the following methods:

  • Electronically, via the following approved vendors: Parchment, Naviance or JST DoD Military Transcripts
  • Electronically, in a secured PDF format, to uga-operations@ucdavis.edu from any e-transcript vendor other than those listed above
  • Via US Postal Service sent directly from your school, college or university in a sealed institutional envelope to:

Undergraduate Admissions
University of California
One Shields Avenue
Davis, CA 95616-8507

  • High schools and California community colleges who do not have access to any of the above vendor e-transcript services can also send documents in a secured PDF format from a verified institutional address to uga-operations@ucdavis.edu
