Air Quality Permits Normal Operations Monday

Classes Will Be Held on Davis and Sacramento Campuses

UC Davis continues to monitor the fire, wind and power outage impacts to the region. Davis and Sacramento campuses will be in operation Monday.

UC Davis continues to monitor the impacts of the Kincade and surrounding grass fires, including the current evacuation order for Bodega Marine Laboratory.

Air quality forecasts for Monday (Oct. 28) are “good” in Davis and Sacramento, on the Air Quality Index. The AQI is the approved system for use by all UC campuses, and decisions are made by using the UC Air Quality Matrix.

Classes will be held on Monday and the university will continue normal operations on the Davis and Sacramento campuses. Outdoor workers are impacted and will hear from their supervisors.
