Daniel Noble, at the time an assistant coach for men’s water polo at UC Davis, was arrested May 19, 2022 and arraigned in federal court on one count related to child pornography. The campus is fully cooperating with the FBI’s investigation. Noble is no longer a UC Davis employee.

In addition, UC Davis announced an investigation to determine if Noble engaged in any sexual misconduct related to his coaching at UC Davis. The investigation will be led by a former Assistant U.S. Attorney.
