UC Davis Spring 2026 Undergraduate Commencement celebrations will be held at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. Students who have completed 140 units of degree-applicable credit as of the end of fall quarter, meet the requirement needed to register. (Please note that participating in a commencement ceremony doesn’t mean you have completed your degree. To officially graduate in June 2026 and receive your diploma, you must have filed a graduation application online between January 12, 2026 and March 6, 2026 through the Office of the Registrar.)
COMMENCEMENT REGISTRATION
NEW FOR 2026: Access to commencement registration will be tiered and based on the number of completed academic units, as outlined below. Graduates should confirm their total completed units and mark their calendars for the date and time they become eligible to register.
- March 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM: Graduates with 180+ Units
- March 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM: Graduates with 160+ Units
- March 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM: Graduates with 140+ Units
Commencement registration will be open from early March through early June. The link to the registration system will be added to the Commencement homepage on Friday, Feb. 27.
You must register to participate in one of the commencement ceremonies. When registering, you will be asked to choose a ceremony date from the five options below. Ceremony dates will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so register as soon as possible. Please note that each graduate can request up to six guest tickets.
- 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026
- 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026
- 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026
- 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026
- 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2026
