UC Davis tastes the 'Chinese Flavors'
A new food truck has brought a new global flavor to campus. Chinese Flavors, the first food truck on campus to focus on Chinese cuisine, opened with a grand opening event at the International Center last Thursday (April 12) and has joined the regular rotation of trucks that move around UC Davis. UC Davis Global Affairs: The Confucius Institute at UC Davis and Global Affairs partnered with UC Davis Dining Services, Chef David Tu, Live and Love Halal, and Lee Kum Kee to open the first Chinese Food Truck at UC Davis: Chinese Flavors. The grand opening was held at the International Center on April 12, 2018.
