STANFORD STADIUM, PALO ALTO, Nov. 12 – (AP) – Staging an unstoppable drive in the fourth period after running up a safe though unimpressive lead in earlier play, Stanford's big red machine crushed the California Aggies under a 59 to 0 score here this afternoon. About 2,500 people were in the stands. Score at half time was 20-0.
Kenny Afflebaugh, right halfback for the Indians, was the big cog in the scoring machine with four touchdowns to his credit and a whole afternoon of brilliant long runs.
Except for a few moments, the Stanford second and third strings played the entire game and never were there more than three regulars in the lineup.
