Cost: about $31 million

Seating capacity (Phase I): about 9,000 fixed seats and 3,000 berm seats

Seating capacity at build out: about 30,000 fixed seats

Who will use it: home field for football and women’s lacrosse and a venue for community and regional events, including high school athletic events, concerts and commencement ceremonies

Who paid for it: funded by the Facilities and Campus Enhancement Initiative, approved by students in 1999;  student fees from this initiative account for almost two-thirds of the $30 million project cost, with the remaining funding from private donations and other campus revenues

Size of the site: 20 acres

Total amount of soil moved: 180,000 cubic yards

Total concrete: 6,000 cubic yards (600 truckloads)

Elevation at the concourse (perimeter walkway): 60 feet above sea level

Elevation at field level: 38 feet above sea level

Construction time: 20 months

Parking: 5,000 spaces within 10-minute walk

Playing surface: Sportexe monofilament synthetic field

Scoreboard: Daktronics (41 feet, 8 inches high x 50 feet long)

Women's restrooms: 56 water closets

Men's restrooms: 16 water closets and 24 urinals

Family restrooms: 2

Concession points of sale: 32 plus portable locations

Ticket windows: 9
